That's apparently where Benjamin's future is. Meron got a call from one of the drugstores in town today. They had recently tried (with many problems, though I'm guessing they are fixed now) to open a photo lab in their store, and Meron had taken some film down there. She always gets matte finish, but the girl didn't ask on one trip and printed them glossy. They corrected their error when she complained, but they didn't give the glossy ones to her. We figured they probably had just trashed them.

However, they had somehow kept them and what they were calling about today was to see if they could put some of the ones of Benjamin up in the store. Meron went down there and apparently they were putting some family pictures up, which they wanted one of him on there, but they also put one in a frame and had made a black and white 8x10 from one of the negatives. I've not seen it, but it sounds like he's making it big. :)

Serenity quote time! After Mal has knocked down Atherton Wing during a sword fight, the following exchange takes place with Mal's sword at Wing's throat:

Harrow: He's down. You have to finish it, lad. You have to finish it. For a man to lie beaten, and yet breathing? It makes him a coward.
Inara: It's humiliation.
Mal: Sure, it's humiliating. Having to lie there while the better man refuses to spill your blood. Mercy is the mark of a great man.
*stabs Atherton in the side, enough to draw blood"

Lost wasn't bad last night, though they did spend half of their time going through the same events of last week from a different point of view. Didn't bother me, though--I love stuff like that. And it left us with two different cliffhangers for next week.
